Return

Lightsoom will acknowledge a refund for the order within 30 days of the original purchase date. However, we reserve the right to refuse a return without a valid reason.

If the item you received does not match your orders, or the item appears to be defective, damaged, or missing, please contact customer service directly at support@lightsoom.com for assistance.

Return address: please contact us first. If you are given permission to return the goods, we will provide you with the address of the closest warehouse based on your home address.

To be eligible, the unused item must be returned in its original packaging.

The shipping cost of the original order will not be refunded.

Return costs are borne by the customer. Additionally, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your total payment as these costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for your return until your distribution center has received the return. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We therefore recommend that you provide a tracking number for reference.

Exchange

We only offer replacements for completely defective items. If you need other sizes, colors, or products, we don't currently offer exchange services. So please check your order before making payment.

Refunds

You will receive a refund within 1-2 weeks from the date the return was received. We will return the refund to your original payment method.

If the item is not returned in a new, unused condition with all of the original product packaging (including labels), we reserve the right to refuse the return. These items will be returned to you with no refund.

Return Process

1. Send us your order information, the reason and proof of returning by e-mail.

2. When you have received permission and address for the return, please start the return.

3. Provide the tracking number of the returned package.
