Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level. 

Shipping & Handling

1. Our main markets are the UK, US, Germany, Canada, Australia.  The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: 1-3 Business Days

Shipping time: 

The average shipping time in the United States and Canada is 6-12 business days;

The average shipping time in Europe and other regions is 6-10 business days.

Please note that due to COVID 19 and carrier delivery limitations, delivery times may be longer than stated or anticipated. 

2. Shipping fee:

Order Price under $79.99: $5.99

Order Price above $79.99: Free

We work hard to make the delivery process as easy as possible and we can ship your order to your home or office. Since a signature is required, it is also possible to send this to the freight branch using all shipping methods except fast shipping. Such express goods can only be delivered to the actual address.

Please note that for uncontrolled reasons we are not responsible for the delay in sorting or delivering packages after they have been removed from our warehouse.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. After sending the package, Lightsoom cannot change your delivery address. Since the address is insufficient or incorrect, Lightsoom is not responsible for the loss of the package.

The total number of days is not responsible for packages that do not comply with local customs and are damaged by illegal goods at the point of arrival. The customer is fully responsible for compliance with local laws. Additionally, we are not responsible for any import taxes that may be incurred and the sole responsibility for paying this fee rests with the customer. It should be noted that the shipping guarantee does not cover customs issues including, but not limited to, goods that have been destroyed or confiscated due to an illegal status in a particular destination country.

Canceling an order

Customers can cancel the order at any time prior to shipment. If you need to cancel an order, please send an email to support@lightsoom.com. However, once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, changed or returned. After receiving the package, our right of return is activated.

Tracking

After receiving payment for the order, we will send an email to confirm the delivery address. If there is a problem with your address, please email us to contact us and change it.

After the order is shipped, another email will be sent to inform you of the tracking number. You can follow it on https://www.17track.net/de. (You can use a unique tracking number to track all orders on this website.) Sometimes it can take 1-2 days for the shipping company to update the tracking status. Please be patient and wait 24-48 hours.

If you are unable to check the status of the order tracking, please contact us at support@lightsoom.com. We will reply within 24-48 hours.

No matter what the customer orders, we will ship it. If the customer places the wrong order, we are not responsible for the customer receiving the wrong product.
